What this website collects

When you send a brief. If you press "Send my brief", we receive your name, organisation and work email, plus anything else you choose to add: phone number, event type, date, guest numbers, venue, budget band, how you plan to appoint a supplier, any RFQ or order number, and your notes. We also record the page you sent it from, the website or campaign that referred you (if any) and the date and time. We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

When you prepare a brief for WhatsApp or email instead. Your answers are put together on your own screen, and nothing reaches us until you choose to send them.

If you call, email or message us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you tell us.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, for example how many people download our company profile or tap "WhatsApp". It uses cookies and shortened (anonymised) IP addresses. It does not tell us who you are, and we never send it the contents of your brief. You can say no in the banner, and nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time: change your analytics choice, or use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page.

We use no advertising cookies. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them. If our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is active, it checks that a real person is sending the form.

Why we use it

Sending a brief does not sign you up for marketing. We send occasional updates only if you tick the separate box on the form. Every update has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by email. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your event, such as venues, technical suppliers, performers and hospitality partners, and only the details they need. We expect them to protect it as we do. We may also share information where the law requires us to.

We use service providers to run this website and our communications: our web host (Domains.co.za, South Africa); Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores enquiries and sends our emails; Google (analytics, only with your permission, and fonts); and Cloudflare (spam check). Some of these providers store data outside South Africa, in places with data protection laws comparable to POPIA, such as the European Union. WhatsApp and email are run by third-party providers, and their own privacy terms also apply when you use them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for events we deliver are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and procurement purposes, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us:

Email info@aimrevolution.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information on password-protected devices and accounts, share it only with people who need it, and delete what we no longer need.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its date.
